Jerusalem, 15 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that, a short time ago, dozens of Israeli citizens crossed the border fence into Syrian territory in the Majdal Shams area, in violation of the law. Majdal Shams is a Druze town in the Golan Heights.

IDF forces are currently working to safely return to Israel the citizens who crossed the border.
