Jerusalem, 10 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — As part of Israel’s ongoing fight against protection/extortion rackets, an attempted extortion and theft of equipment from reconstruction work in the Gaza Envelope area was foiled. Suspects were recorded arriving in the Kibbutz Be’eri area in a stolen vehicle, stealing a tractor found in the area.
A number of suspects were arrested.
