Apartment Prices See Decrease of 0.5%

Jerusalem, 17 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics reported that a comparison of transactions carried out in May – June 2025, compared to the prices of transactions carried out in April – May 2025, found that apartment prices decreased by 0.5%.

The figure is not final since there are additional transactions carried out during this period that have not yet been reported.
