Jerusalem, 16 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — As part of the bilateral agreement with Sri Lanka, a new allocation of 1,500 visas for foreign workers from that country was authorized.

The Ministry of Economy and Industry said this is to ensure the continued operation and growth of factories, and to strengthen production and employment in Israeli industry.
