Israeli military launches air strike on Hamas terror base in Lebanon, targeting training compound for terrorist plots against IDF forces. Precision weapons used
Jerusalem, 18 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) Tuesday night attacked in an air strike terrorists operating in a training compound of the Hamas terrorist organization in the Ain al-Hilweh area in southern Lebanon.
The military compound that was attacked was used by Hamas terrorist organization terrorists for training and education in order to plan and execute terrorist plots against IDF forces and the State of Israel.
Prior to the attack, steps were taken to reduce the chance of harming civilians, including the use of precision weapons, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence information.
The IDF said it is working against the establishment of the Hamas terrorist organization in Lebanon, and will continue to “act forcefully against Hamas terrorists wherever they operate.”
