Almondos recalls Pistachio Sauce – 430g
Almondos recalls 430g pistachio sauce (batches 26012704, 25121111) due to high aflatoxin levels, posing health risks. Consumers urged not to consume.
Tests conducted at the factory following a customer complaint found levels of aflatoxins in the pistachio sauce product higher than permitted:

- Batch: 26012704 Expiry date: 27/07/2027
- Batch: 25121111 Expiry date: 11/06/2027
- Barcode: 7290019078340
- Content: 430 grams
- Manufacturer name: Almandos Ltd.
Consumers who have the product are requested not to consume it.
Aflatoxins are naturally occurring fungal toxins that can cause illness and long-term damage.
In coordination with the Ministry of Health‘s Food Service, Almandos Ltd. factory is acting to collect the product.
