Security Forces Search for Missing Israelis Near Arab Village
Israeli security forces launched a large-scale search operation near Mukhmas village, north of Jerusalem, after losing contact with several Israeli civilians.
Jerusalem, 2 July, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli security Forces raided the area of Mukhmas village north of Jerusalem in the early morning hours and began extensive searches following a report about several Israeli civilians who were in the village area and with whom contact has been lost.
The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) said the forces are searching the area to rule out suspicion of a security incident, the IDF will continue to update on any developments.
