Almost 11,000 Israels Named Michelle, Like Israels 2026 Eurovision Song
Ahead of Eurovision, a survey revealed 10,976 Israelis named Michelle, with Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Netanya having the most.
>>”>Jerusalem, 14 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — In preparation for the Eurovision Song Contest to be held on Saturday night, May 16, 2026, Israel’s Population and Immigration Authority conducted a survey on how many Israelis are named Michelle,” which is the name of the song by Israel’s entry to the contest by Boam Bettan.
According to the data, there are 7,503 Israeli women named Michelle and 3,473 Israeli men named Michelle.
