The IDF eliminated two Hezbollah terrorists armed in the Ayanta area in southern Lebanon. Commando Brigade forces, under the command of the 98th Division, continue their operations in the Bint Jbeil area. Earlier today (Thursday), IDF forces identified two armed terrorists in the Ayanta area in southern Lebanon who approached the forces in a manner that posed an immediate threat. After identification and rapid encirclement, the forces eliminated the terrorists to remove the threat. The IDF continues to operate in the forward defense line area, to destroy terror infrastructure, and to remove threats to the civilians of the State of Israel and IDF forces.
