In a precise naval strike: The IDF eliminated the commander of Hezbollah’s ‘Southern Front’ in Beirut. The Navy attacked yesterday (Tuesday) under the direction of Military Intelligence and the Northern Command.

IDF eliminated Hezbollah's 'Southern Front' commander in Beirut via precise naval strike, ending his decades-long terror campaign against Israel.

As the unit commander, Al-Hashm commanded rocket and aircraft launches against Israeli territory and led the rebuilding of the Hezbollah terrorist organization. Hajj Yusuf Ismail Al-Hashm, a commander with over 40 years of experience and one of the pillars of the organization, took on the role of commander of the ‘Southern Front’ after the elimination of Ali Karaki, who was eliminated along with Hassan Nasrallah during Operation ‘Northern Arrows’. Over the years, he was responsible for the ‘Nasser’, ‘Aziz’, and ‘Badr’ units – units responsible for fighting against IDF forces in southern Lebanon and launching rockets towards Israeli territory. For years, and particularly in the recent period, Al-Hashm has led and advanced thousands of terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF forces.
