IDF Neutralizes Terrorists in Gaza Encounters

Yesterday (Sunday), forces of the 188th Brigade Combat Team operating in the southern Gaza Strip identified two terrorists who crossed the yellow line and approached the forces in a manner that posed an immediate threat. Immediately after identification, the forces neutralized one of the terrorists to remove the threat. In another incident in the northern Gaza Strip, forces of the Alexandroni (3) Brigade Combat Team identified three terrorists who crossed the yellow line and approached the forces in a manner that posed an immediate threat. Immediately after identification, the forces fired at the terrorists and neutralized one of them in order to remove the threat. IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.
