US-Based Artivion Completes $135M Acquisition of Israels Endospan
Artivion, Inc. has acquired Israel's Endospan Ltd. for $135 million, enhancing its aortic arch repair offerings after FDA approval of Endospan's NEXUS system.
Jerusalem, 18 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — US-based Artivion, Inc. announced it has completed the $135 million acquisition of Israeli medical device company Endospan Ltd., a pioneer in endovascular repair of aortic arch disease. The transaction follows a long-standing partnership in which Artivion served as Endospan’s exclusive distributor in EMEA since 2019. The company said the acquisition strengthens its aortic arch portfolio following FDA approval of Endospan’s NEXUS system in April 2026.
