Founded in 2017 and backed by Y Combinator, Anima allows product teams to create apps simply by telling AI what they want, integrating seamlessly with tools like Figma. The company’s platform is used by global brands including Amazon, Apple, and Samsung, helping teams deliver projects up to 50% faster.

IBM said the investment will strengthen Anima’s role in reshaping how organizations design, build, and scale digital products in the AI era.
