Jerusalem, 22 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel Air Force fighter jets attacked on Saturday a site for the production of surface-to-surface missile engines in the Shahrud region of Iran, about 2,000 kilometers (1,243 miles) from Israeli territory.

The site contained planetary mixers and critical machinery for the production of engines for the missiles being launched by Iran regime towards the State of Israel.

The attack on this site was part of an effort to damage the Iranian regime’s surface-to-surface missile production industry, which is intended to produce thousands of missiles in the coming years, said the IDF (Israel Defense Forces).
