Attempted Attack in Hebron: Weapon Found to Be Air Pistol
Terrorist attempts attack with air pistol at soldiers in Hebron. IDF neutralizes attacker. No injuries reported. Weapon identified.
Jerusalem, 21 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Following the reports on attempted terror attack in Hebron, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit reported that a terrorist pulled out a pistol at soldiers stationed at the Tamar checkpoint in the Judea Brigade sector.
Paratrooper Brigade soldiers engaged and neutralized the attcker. No israeli forces were injured.
Following an initial investigation at the scene, the weapon was identified as an air pistol.
