Following the directive of the political echelon, today (Sunday) a regional pilot of ‘Safe Zone’ began in southern Lebanon, in cooperation with the US Army (CENTCOM) and the Lebanese Army. As part of the pilot, teams from the IDF, the US Army, and the Lebanese Army are conducting coordination and planning for the continued implementation of the agreement. The IDF will act forcefully against any violation of the agreement.
