In order to remove an immediate threat: The IDF eliminated five terrorists in the Gaza Strip who were advancing terror plots against IDF forces in recent days. Forces of the 252nd Division in the Southern Command eliminated five terrorists from terror organizations in the Gaza Strip in recent days, who were advancing terror plots against our forces in the immediate timeframe. Among the terrorists eliminated: * Salem Faiz Hamed Krika – a terrorist in the Shejaiya Battalion of the Hamas terror organization who was involved in preparing explosives and advancing sniper plots against IDF forces. * Said Faiz Said Shamali – a Nukhba team commander in the Hamas terror organization. * Ahmed Ali Abd Alrahim Halas – a sniper squad commander in the PIJ terror organization who advanced sniper plots against our forces. * Two additional commanders in the Hamas terror organization who planted explosives to harm IDF forces. IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area according to the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.
