IDF, Shin Bet, and Police arrest terrorist released from PA detention in Qalqilya.
The terrorist was released shortly before from Palestinian Authority detention, where he had been held until now, and was apprehended in the heart of Qalqilya in the Ephraim Brigade. Following his arrest, he was transferred for investigation by the General Security Service. Security forces continue to operate to thwart terror in the area and against anyone who harms or attempts to harm citizens of the State of Israel and security forces.
