Israel Police thwarted smuggling of thousands of SIM cards and tobacco near Allenby crossing, arresting three suspects.

Meanwhile, Judea and Samaria District Police officers were dispatched to the area, and during an inspection and search they conducted together with officers from the Jordan Valley station and Border Police fighters from the Gilad sector, thousands of SIM cards, tens of kilograms of tobacco, and more were located and seized. Two suspects (29 and 42, residents of the village of Kharsa) and another suspect (31, from the Bedouin town of Tel Sheva) were arrested and transferred for further investigation.
