Israeli Soldiers Eliminate Terrorist in Overnight Clash

Israeli soldiers eliminated one terrorist and wounded two others in an overnight clash in Samaria near Luban a-Sharqiya. The IDF confirmed no Israeli casualties.

Jerusalem, 1 January, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli troops fired on a group of Palestinian terrorists throwing stones at them in samaria near the village of Luban a-Sharqiya overnight, the Israel Defense Forces said on Thursday morning.

According to the IDF, the soldiers eliminated one terrorist and identified two others as hit.

No Israeli casualties were reported.
