Israeli Military Confirms Destruction of Iranian Fighter Jets on the Ground

The Israeli military confirmed its air force destroyed Iranian F-14 fighter jets and air defense systems at Isfahan airport on Saturday.

Jerusalem, 8 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — In the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) is calling a “broad wave” of air force Attacks on Iran, compounds where the Iranian terrorist regime’s F-14 fighter jets were stored at the Isfahan airport were attacked yesterday, Saturday.

In addition, detection and defense systems that threatened the air force’s aircraft were attacked.

This attack joins the destruction of 16 aircraft used by the Qods Force terror unit at the Mehrabad airport in Tehran the day before yesterday, as part of efforts to deepen the air force’s Air Superiority in Iranian skies.
