Jerusalem, 9 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Air Force completed another wave of strikes targeting infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime in several areas in Iran. As part of the strikes, the Air Force targeted a factory for producing rocket engines and several launch sites for long-range ballistic missiles, intended for launch toward the State of Israel and its citizens.

At the same time, the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) continues to deepen the damage to the military infrastructure of the Internal Security Forces and the Basij (Iran’s domestic/religious police).

Among the infrastructures attacked were the headquarters of the Iranian terror regime’s regional corps, the headquarters of the Internal Security Forces of the Iranian terror regime in Isfahan, an additional base used by the Revolutionary Guards and the Basij, and the police headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards.

The Internal Security Forces and the Basij constitute part of the armed forces subordinate to the Iranian terror regime, and have led terror activities for years. The forces constitute a central arm in suppressing the civilian population in Iran and are responsible for the exercise of brutal and systematic violence against it.

“The completed strikes are part of the phase of deepening the damage to the core systems of the Iranian terror regime and its foundations,” said the IDF.
