The forces of the 7th Brigade Combat Team, under the command of the 36th Division, are operating in southern Lebanon, south of the front defense line, to prevent a direct threat to northern communities.
Yesterday (Tuesday), the forces identified two terrorists in the Saluki area who violated the ceasefire understandings, crossed the front defense line, and approached the forces in a manner that constituted an immediate threat.
Following the identification and a rapid closing of the circle, the Air Force attacked and eliminated the terrorists to remove the threat.
Concurrently, the 7th Brigade Combat Team continues to destroy Hezbollah infrastructure and locate weapons.
