Several hours ago, the Air Force intercepted several hostile aircraft that were launched towards the area where IDF forces are operating in southern Lebanon. Additionally, in several different incidents over the past day, the Hezbollah terrorist organization launched hostile aircraft, mortar bombs, and explosive drones that fell near the area where IDF forces are operating in southern Lebanon. No alerts were activated according to policy. Furthermore, an attempted failed launch of a surface-to-air missile was carried out towards an Air Force aircraft operating to assist the fighting forces in southern Lebanon.
