Israel's Input Price Index for January 2026 reveals a 0.1% rise in residential and commercial construction costs, alongside bus sector increases.

Jerusalem, 16 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics released the data on “Input price index – January-2026.”

In January there was a:
· 0.1% increase in the residential construction input price index January 2026
· 0.1% increase in the commercial and office construction input price index January 2026
· 0.1% decrease in the paving and bridging input price index January 2026
· No change in the agricultural input price index January 2026
· 0.1% increase in the bus input price index for the entire population January 2026
· 0.1% increase in the fixed-route bus input price index January 2026
· 0.3% increase in the minibus input price index January 2026

The Input Price Index measures the average change over time in the prices paid by producers for goods and services purchased as intermediate inputs.
