Jerusalem, 6 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Police officers seized a gun from a 20-year-old special needs student who brought it to school on Wednesday.
The principal of the special education school in Moshav Beit Oved told police that the student said he felt threatened due to a family dispute and was carrying a weapon for protection.
Officers searched the student’s bag and found a handgun, a cartridge, and matching ammunition. The student was arrested.
