Israel Police Coastal District detectives arrested a suspect (Judeida-Makr, in his twenties) a short while ago for involvement in yesterday’s shooting incident targeting the head of Judeida-Makr council and his deputy. The Deputy Commissioner stated: “Our message to all lawbreakers is clear and unambiguous: we will act with a firm hand and determination against anyone who chooses to harm citizens and public representatives, and against anyone who tries to threaten the rule of law, wherever and whenever necessary.”
