Jerusalem, 18 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli defense firm elbit systems has won contracts worth approximately $277 million from an international customer to supply 30 mm turrets and munitions over the next three years. The deal includes the UT30MK2, a versatile manned and unmanned turret designed to boost armored personnel carriers’ firepower while maintaining troop safety.

Featuring a low profile and compatibility with multiple weapon systems, the turret allows seamless integration of 30 mm guns, coaxial 7.62 mm arms, and anti-tank missiles.
