Jerusalem, 9 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The (Israel Defense Forces) reported that on Monday security forces worked together to capture a squad of six that had been smuggling weapons and drugs into Israel through the western border. The squad had been operating in recent times in the area along the border with Egypt and its capture came after they attempted to flee once spotted and were chased by the security forces.
At the end of the chase, six suspects were arrested along with their vehicles, and 21 kilograms of drugs were seized.
