Jerusalem, 9 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Safebooks Inc., an Israeli-founded financial data governance startup, has exited stealth with $15 million in seed funding led by 10D, Propel Ventures and Mensch Capital, the company announced.

Safebooks unveiled its Agentic Revenue Integrity platform, an automation layer for quote-to-revenue operations that monitors and acts on financial data in real time without requiring companies to replace existing systems. The AI-driven system continuously validates transactions, reconciles records and flags discrepancies, reducing manual workloads for finance teams.

Since launch, Safebooks says it has monitored over $40 billion in transactions. “We built Safebooks to automate data integrity work,” said co-founder and CEO Ahikam Kaufman.
