Israeli Software Accelerator Incredibuild Expands with Kypso Acquisition

Jerusalem, 4 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli software acceleration company Incredibuild has acquired Kypso, a British AI startup founded by former Snyk engineers, to enhance its AI-driven developer platform. Kypso builds context-aware AI agents that integrate into tools like GitHub and Jira, helping engineering teams automate workflows and speed up code delivery.

Incredibuild CEO Shimon Hason said the deal “doubles down on our mission to become a comprehensive platform for pipeline acceleration.” Kypso CEO Adam Gold said joining Incredibuild will expand their reach “to thousands of engineers around the world.” The acquisition marks Incredibuild’s second in a year, following its 2024 purchase of Garden.
