Turpaz Acquires Controlling Stake in French Fragrance Firm Attractive Scent

Jerusalem, 15 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli company Turpaz Industries has acquired a 68.6% stake in French fragrance firm Attractive Scent SAS for €27.4 million ($32.3 million), expanding its footprint in the global luxury perfumery market.

Based in Grasse, the world’s perfume capital, Attractive Scent develops and manufactures fragrance extracts for fine fragrances and personal care products. Founders Marc Langasque and renowned perfumer Arnaud Fourre will remain with the company, which employs 61 people and serves clients across five continents.

Turpaz Chairperson Karen Cohen Khazon said the deal enhances Turpaz’s global presence and “positions us at the heart of the fragrance industry.”
