One Police Officer Injured When Palestinian Truck Crashes Into Police Vehicle
A police officer was lightly injured in Tapuah Intersection Monday when a truck crashed into their vehicle and fled, leading to the arrest of two suspects.
Jerusalem, 23 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) โ The Israel Police Spokesmanโs Office confirmed that a short time ago โ Monday afternoon โ a truck collided with a police vehicle operating in the Tapuah Intersection area and fled the scene.
Police forces were called to the scene began a pursuit of the suspect driver who fled, and he was arrested by them along with another suspect who was sitting with him in the vehicle.
As a result of the incident, a police officer was injured.
Magen David Adom reported that its medics and paramedics are providing medical treatment at the scene to a man in his 40s in mild condition.
