Public transportation in Israel is operating under emergency guidelines from the Home Front Command, with some services suspended until further notice.
In light of the emergency situation and in accordance with the instructions of the Home Front Command and security authorities, public transportation is operating according to Home Front Command guidelines in an emergency format.
Israel Railways will operate from concentrated emergency-coordinated centers. Also, in accordance with the instructions of security authorities, the light rail in Jerusalem and Gush Dan, and the Carmelit in Haifa will not operate until further notice. In addition, “Al Ha’kav” centers will be closed throughout the country.
It should be emphasized that the information about travel in applications and public transportation information websites does not reflect the lines that will operate, and therefore it is recommended to check individually about the operation of lines at the telephone centers of public transportation operators.
