Jerusalem, 7 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that yesterday (Wednesday) it attacked more than 15 terrorist infrastructures in several areas in southern Lebanon.
Among the infrastructures attacked were warehouses and weapons production sites, headquarters, launch sites and buildings used by Hezbollah.
Hezbollah Terrorists operated from the buildings attacked to promote terrorist plots against IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon and the State of Israel, said the IDF.
At the attacked rocket launch sites, launchers used to attack the territory of the State of Israel were destroyed.
Also, in a number of incidents in recent hours, Hezbollah organization launched several rockets towards IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon, south of the front defense line. The rockets fell near the forces, and there were no casualties among Israeli Forces.
The forward defense line is the line established by the IDF in Lebanon ahead of the ceasefire in order to push Hezbollah terrorists far back enough from northern Israel to deter continued rocket attacks.
