IDF and Shin Bet forces, guided by Navy intelligence, attacked and eliminated yesterday (Monday), Younes Muhammad Hussein Alian, commander of the Hamas naval forces’ Northern Gaza Strip brigade.
Alian was responsible for the operation of the brigade’s naval forces, for advancing its force-building processes, and commanded the training and instruction of the unit’s operatives and the management of the combat readiness of its weaponry.
Alian recently worked to restore the brigade’s capabilities in the Gaza Strip, and planned to carry out terror attacks against IDF forces operating in the Strip and the State of Israel in the immediate term.
The terrorist was precisely attacked after posing a tangible threat to IDF forces.
