Jerusalem Police Arrest 31 Illegal Palestinians in Under 12 Hours

Jerusalem police arrested 31 Palestinians for illegal presence in the capital, detaining workers at a construction site and others in a transport vehicle.

Jerusalem, 9 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Police in Jerusalem arrested 31 Palestinians in the capital Illegally in under 12 hours. Officers raided a city-center construction site, detaining 16 suspected illegal workers and two main suspects, and deported the others.

Elsewhere in the capital, police found 15 illegal Palestinians in a transport vehicle. The driver was arrested.
