El Al to launch direct flights to Hanoi, Seoul, and Manila in 2026-27, adding nine new destinations to boost tourism, business travel, and economic ties with.
Jerusalem, 8 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — El Al, Israel’s flagship airline, announced on Sunday that it will add nine new destinations worldwide, expanding its route network in 2026 and 2027. The carrier will launch direct flights to Hanoi, Seoul and Manila, each served by three weekly flights. In addition, El Al subsidiary Sun D’Or will operate direct flights to Catania, Cagliari, Basel, Zagreb, Dubrovnik and Copenhagen.
El Al said the expansion is aimed at strengthening tourism, business travel and economic ties, particularly with Asia. Once fully implemented, the airline expects to operate around 60 direct destinations and roughly 900 weekly flights globally.
