Jerusalem, 4 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Tel Aviv-based startup Speedata has raised $44 million in a Series B round to launch the world’s first Analytics Processing Unit (APU), a chip purpose-built to accelerate big data analytics.
Backed by Walden Catalyst, 83North, Koch Disruptive Technologies and others, Speedata’s APU promises massive performance gains for data-heavy industries like finance and healthcare. The company says its Callisto-powered chip reduces processing times by up to 280x while cutting costs and energy use.
