Jerusalem, 18 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Five winning proposals were announced at the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing Center in the “Target Price Housing” track for the construction of 726 housing units in 5 complexes under intensive construction in Beit Dagan, southeast, located in central Israel. Apartment prices for housing lottery winners start at 1.63 million Shekels ($490,000).
The apartments will be sold at a discount of 627-863 thousand Shekels.
