Jerusalem, 27 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — In the year since the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon came into effect (November 27, 2024), the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) has been operating throughout Lebanon to prevent the restoration of the terrorist organization Hezbollah where they carried out approximately 1,200 targeted operations and eliminated 370 terrorists.

Israeli forces completed dozens of proactive activities to destroy terrorist infrastructure, thwart attempts to gather intelligence on the IDF, and damage the enemy’s military capabilities.

During their operations, the forces located dozens of military structures that terrorists used for activities against IDF forces, weapons depots, launch complexes, launchers, and observation and firing positions.

“The IDF is acting in accordance with the ceasefire agreement against the attempts to rehabilitate and rearm the terrorist organization Hezbollah and is working vigorously to eliminate any threat to the citizens of the State of Israel,” it said.
