Jerusalem, 24 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Tel Aviv-based Blast Security, founded by veterans of Solebit and elite Israeli military cyber units, has emerged from stealth with a $10 million seed round co-led by 10D Capital and MizMaa Ventures. The startup aims to transform cloud security by shifting from reactive detection to continuous prevention with its Preemptive Cloud Defense Platform.
Blast’s platform models, tests, and enforces every cloud change to prevent risks before they arise, helping enterprises reduce cloud exposure by over 90% without slowing innovation. CEO Boris Vaynberg said the goal is “to make prevention the new standard in cloud security.” Blast is already securing multiple global enterprises’ production environments.
