Jerusalem, 30 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — According to the data from Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics, in the first half of 2025 revenue from tourist hotels amounted to 6.1 billion Shekels ($1.84 billion), compared to 6.7 billion Shekels ($2 billion) in the corresponding period in 2024.

84% of the revenue was received from Israelis, 90% in the same period in 2024.

The average number of jobs per month (including jobs through staffing companies) was 41,000, up from 35,000 in the same period in 2024.
