Apartment Prices See Slight Decrease
Israeli apartment prices see a slight decrease of 0.3% according to new data from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Will this trend continue?
Jerusalem, 17 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Apartment price index including new and second-hand apartments (price change minus quality):
Comparing the prices of transactions carried out in August – September 2025, compared to the prices of transactions carried out in July – August 2025, it was found that apartment prices decreased by 0.3%.
This is according to the data collected by Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS).
The figure is not final since there are additional transactions that were carried out during this period and have not yet been reported, said the CBS.
