A resident of Zarzir was arrested at the end of a chase after fleeing in a reckless drive, damaging a police car and additional vehicles during an enforcement operation by Northern District police officers in the town of Zarzir.

Following this, officers signaled the driver to stop, but he continued a reckless drive within the village, damaging a police car and vehicles on the escape route and endangering road users. After a pursuit of several minutes, the driver caused a self-inflicted accident, and officers managed to arrest him. Additionally, his friend who was sitting next to him was arrested. Upon completion of the investigation phase, an indictment was filed against the driver (18).
