Israeli Forces Uncover Hezbollah Weapons Caches Across Southern Lebanon
Israeli troops uncovered significant Hezbollah weapons caches in southern Lebanon, including RPGs and sniper rifles, during recent counter-terrorism operations.
Jerusalem, 22 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli troops operating in Southern Lebanon uncovered multiple Hezbollah weapons caches during operations to dismantle Terror Infrastructure, the Israel Defense Forces said.
In Al-Khiyam, soldiers found weapons, surveillance equipment, an RPG launcher, ammunition and a Hezbollah flag inside a structure used by the group. Additional searches in Beit Lif, Adshit al-Qusayr and A-Taybeh yielded RPG launchers, sniper rifles, drones, warheads, grenades and explosives equipment.
