International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Innovation in Education – EducAItion – Opens in Jerusalem

Israel hosts the first international EducAItion conference on AI in education in Jerusalem Feb 3-4, 2026, with 30 delegations and 500 senior figures.

Jerusalem, 3 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — After months of preparation, the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Innovation in Education – the EducAItion conference- opened today (Monday) in Jerusalem, initiated by the Ministry of Education. The conference, which will be held until Wednesday, February 4, at Israel’s national convention center in Jerusalem, is the first international event of its kind in Israel, and places the State of Israel at the global forefront of shaping the future of education in the age of artificial intelligence.

The EducAItion conference is the first international conference led by the Ministry of Education and dedicated entirely to integrating artificial intelligence into the education system. The event is being held in the presence of Minister of Education Yoav Kish, and led by the Ministry’s Deputy Director General and Head of the Innovation and Technology Administration, Merav Zerbiv.

The conference is attended by about 30 delegations from around the world, including about 500 senior figures from the worlds of high-tech, academia, and government, alongside thousands of students and educators from Israel.
