Shin Bet: 4 Indicted for Smuggling Over 100 Weapons
Four indicted for smuggling over 100 weapons into Israel following Shin Bet investigation.
As part of the Shin Bet’s investigation of the detainees, Hussam Abu Gardud (23) and Mustafa Maytal (22), an evidentiary basis was formed regarding their involvement in dozens of weapons smuggling incidents at the country’s borders and over 100 weapons of various types. Following the investigation of the two, two additional suspects, residents of the Negev, Fuad Al-Ziadat (30, resident of Saudiya al-Aza’za) and Fuad Suarka (24, resident of Bir Hadaj), were arrested for investigation. Today, indictments were filed against the four.
