Israeli Military Drone Downed in Lebanon
An Israeli military drone was downed in southern Lebanon by a surface-to-air missile during an IDF operation Tuesday night; no classified information is.
Jerusalem, 1 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Overnight (Tuesday), during an operational activity by the Israel Air Force to assist IDF (Israel Defense Forces) units operating in southern Lebanon, a surface-to-air missile was launched at an IDF unmanned aerial vehicle, a hit was detected and the vehicle fell.
There IDF said there is no concern that any classified information could be learned from the UAV and the incident is being investigated.
