Israel Warns Residents of Two South Lebanese Villages of Strikes on Hezbollah

Israel warns Kfar Tebnit and Ain Qana residents to evacuate as IDF targets Hezbollah military infrastructure in southern Lebanon.

Jerusalem, 2 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Defense Forces alerted residents of the southern Lebanese villages of Kfar Tebnit and Ain Qana to evacuate ahead of airstrikes targeting Hezbollah sites.

“The IDF will attack military infrastructure belonging to the Hezbollah terror organization to address its prohibited attempts to rebuild its activities in the area,” the IDF’s Arabic-language spokesman, Col. Avichay Adraee tweeted along with maps and a warning to civilians to move at least 300 meters away from the targeted sites.
